Our team brings together expertise across sales, marketing, estimating, engineering, project management, site operations, transport and support. By working closely together, we’re able to deliver piling and groundworks projects smoothly and efficiently across both residential and commercial sites.

Sales Director

Jamie is a Director of Capital Piling, leading the commercial and operational direction of the business. He oversees sales and recruitment while contributing to technical input and strategic decision-making, playing a key role in driving the company’s long-term growth and development.

Ryan Bradford

Operations Director

Ryan is a Director of Capital Piling, overseeing estimating, financial management and marketing strategy. He plays a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, ensuring structured growth, operational stability and long-term progression.

Prepares accurate project estimates and quotations, working closely with engineering and operations to ensure pricing reflects site conditions and scope.

Oversees project delivery from planning through to completion, coordinating teams, schedules, and client communication.

Supports project delivery by assisting with scheduling, site coordination, and day-to-day project administration.

Manages site operations, coordinating teams and ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with project requirements.

Oversees yard operations, equipment management, and site preparation to support smooth project delivery.
